We offer both local and international shipping, as well as in-store self-collection. Your order’s delivery time depends on where the item is located at and your selected delivery method. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

Local Delivery (Singapore)

• Delivery Time: Typically up to 5 working days after payment is verified
• Shipping Fee: Flat rate of SGD 4.90
• Free Shipping: Automatically applied for orders above SGD 100
• Express Shipping Fee: SGD 15 for next-day or 1–2 day delivery, depending on courier availability

International Shipping

• Shipping Time: Up to 14 working days, depending on your region
• Shipping Fee: Region-based rates apply (calculated at checkout)
• Product under "The Reserve" may be restricted to local delivery only
• Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer
